The team at BDS is fully conversant with fault finding and resolution. Where parts are required BDS can usually quote whilst on site. Failing that BDS can provide a quotation within 24 hours. Call-out fees include travel and the first hour on site. All additional hours will be charged at a fixed rate to ensure that there are no hidden charges. BDS can also provide quotations for modifications and upgrades to equipment bringing them up to current regulations. Contact BDS for full details.
The experienced staff at BDS are available to repair equipment 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
It is the aim of BDS to deliver a same day service for every emergency call and where a call is trade critical or a health and safety issue the target time to site is four hours.
Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) is a cost effective method of prolonging the service life of equipment which has the added benefit of confirming adherence to BSEN12453 and Regulation 5 of the Workplace Regulations Act 1992.
BDS knows that a bespoke Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule allows clients to conduct core business with reduced downtime or stoppages due to breakdowns and access issues. The reduction in call-out charges allows clients to recoup the cost of PPM contracts and be able to plan maintenance budgets.
The bespoke package provided by BDS will ensure equipment is maintained without disruption of day to day business. BDS will notify clients of any issues that may arise immediately.
